Toxi, there is no proof fresh lied to anyone... there is proof though, that an admin gave him the defwin against you, because you took too long to finish your game in ANOTHER tournament. There is also proof the defwin was reversed back by another admin, apparently because he was your friend... what a bunch of assholes seriously.

He reported the situation to the admins, admins gave him a win.
After that, he played more games and advances further in the tournament.
Then, the drama started, when admins suddenly decided to disqualify him, ban him from IRC, and let YOU play Vasilisk for some reason...

At least say the truth that you played Stephano in other tournament.

In these 1 day online tournaments with large player pools, if you don't show up in time, you lose. Doesn't matter whether it's because you were playing in another tournament, or because you had another player on ignore or because you had to help an old lady cross the street.
You don't show up, you lose. Scheduling your time is your own responsibility.

Well, I find that the OP had quite a childish behaviour (screaming "ADMIN" on the IRC channel etc...) but on the other hand, Toxi had simply the wrong behaviour.
You shouldn't tell two different friends to set up a Skype conversation at the exact same hour. And in the same fashion, you shouldn't tell two competitors that you are going to face them at the exact same hour.

Yeah, I actually can't feel sorry for either of them at this point considering how much everyone in the situation screwed up, just disqualifying both of them may have been the more fair decision to make.
Don't Ignore your future opponent.
If you're ignored by your opponents, tell someone else to contact them but this should generally not be necessary if you "Don't ignore your future opponents".
