the problem with idra is he hasnt updated to the new strats yet
i hardly NEVER see idra take that early macro hatch when his third is denied like that vs terran
idra IS PLAYING NORMALLY, his opponents simply have strats that are really good against idras playstyle and even though idra is really good ive never really seen him beat these strats that deny his third properly by a good player like cloud
if idra knew the proper responses he could do them, but i dont think he actually knows the best response in those situations where his third is denied. because honesly maybe getting a macro hatch wouldnt be the best option because so what if he had more lings the terran is on 2 bases anyway and probably could finish his third OC in time and now you have a zerg on 2 bases vs 2base terran
idra is not tilting and his mechanics are still good, its just strategy and metagame going on in these situations

While that might be a small part of it, I think it's more that IdrA's third got denied. He said on ItG recently that he sometimes uses his 3rd as a macro hatch, not droning it until after a little bit later. Because this got denied, he may not have had the larvae that he had initially expected when his minerals ballooned.
Oh, and he probably doesn't care that much. I'm not saying he won't try, but I doubt he'll give away any revolutionary new strategy in this third game.

True but he hasn't looked good since before dreamhack. I missed one of his matches vs delphi or whatever but he didn't look solid vs grubby either, was floating minerals, poor infestor usage in game one. etc.
He might be sick, on tilt or whatever but he clearing isn't playing his best.
