You shouldn't underestimate the amount of tournaments WC3 had :p

I don't think it is autowin or easywin, but I think he is the favorite cause he 2-0 Moon in his group

Sad for Bomber but It think Huk has better chance vs Moon (but Moon still a beast so it'll be hard still)

Moon is Code S level, or at least Code A, and that way he doesn't have to go through the grueling qualifiers. Moon couldn't even stay in Code A. So it's pretty hard to say he's code S level. If he wants the spot, he's going to have to earn it by playing through Code A like the rest of Koreans i imagine. And that's like saying why shouldn't it go to MMA because he won MLG? Or DRG because he won the special tourny?
Staying in code A is hard though,, if you face a good player early and lose, you have to go through the very punishing qualifier again.

Way to generalize. Care to point out some people in this thread who specifically don't like him because of his RTS background? You're just making blind assumptions it seems I don't know where it was but I did get some responses that people just don't like him for coming from W3, and abusing ''cheese'' because he doesn't know how to play a macro game like the BW guys do. *Although guys like July are the cheesiest out there haha * But maybe we should stop this discussion, Moon is a great player, and he will have to bring some results to make you guys believe that as well , and he knows that himself.0

Not autowin but Huk is favorite. Nani just doesn't have the experience playing against Korean players... with his innate talent though, I wouldn't be surprised if he'd start roflstomping korean players in a couple of months after his trip to Korea.

Moon is certainly looking MUCH better than he did then. Who's to say he wouldnt keep his code A spot this time or even get to code S. Just because a player has shown bad performances in the past doesnt mean they won't get better.
What i have seen are great games. But there are some people who only see 'bad players', 'mistakes' 'bad play'. Whats up with that...

Yeah bo3 is bad. But it's still soooo much better than MLG's bullshit series system.

I would like you to point the dumb Zerg cheese moon executed.

Both Huk and Moon are great players and very deserving of a DH finals spot. GO HUK! GO Moon! Make it a great final!

Please tell me what games were dumb Zerg cheeses. Moon just has different strategies as others and like July picks his opponent apart and finds the little holes to do damage. Just because your favorite loses doesn't mean you should take credit away from Moons performance.

Actually he has no success in SC2, this will be his chance to grap the win for himself. But untill he archive something in GSL, he will forever be the underdog. Korea is where it counts since foreign tourney is just a walk in the park for any Koreans now. He performs on par with all the ''top dog Koreans'' that everybody praises so much though. I am extremely biased towards him, but with his brilliance of WC3 coming out in SC2, this guy is amazing. He is a true RTS-player in every way. I don't see he performs on par with top Koreans. Where you get that fact from? I also played WC3 so don't pull the WC3 hate card on me. The point is Moon still has alot to prove in SC2, you can't put him in the SC2 elite just because what he did in WC3. And this is the first step for him. After this, he will have to get some result of GSL or he can't be count as MC/Nestea and the like yet.

true that, all that needs to happen is for huk to lose and moon to get a notable SC2 acheivement.

Bomber looses one battle and the games over because the players bases are right next to each other. Metalopolis close by air spawns makes for crappy games. Just as bad as steppes of war.
So a map that punishes bad decision making = bad map?
Sounds like you're a player who is used to losing battles and wants a cushion to avoid auto-losses. That or you're a pretty biased Bomber fanboy. Just how you come across to me.
