I don't understand these comments. A 10 pool build order win a super risky muta timing? Both of those could just as easily have been auto losses. Zenio won and deserves credit for it, but it's not like he did anything super skillful.

we won't have to watch idra in this season's NASL anymore right? where's the happy sheep gif

It's too bad Idra can't even take a game off Zenio with latency advantage too right? Boohoo, if Zenio and Idra were the only 2 SC players in the world it might matter. It does matter when you're crying about luck never being on the side of your favorite player though.

Not much of a showing from the fans, just lots of people loling at Idra and anti-fans cheering

I'm pretty certain Idra didn't go back to his home country just to avoid Koreans.

IdrA had overlord speed, it's weird that he didn't manage to scout the Spire before it completed. Should've just went all in with the roaches and tried though.

you don't know what you are talking about.
Idra was outplayed so badly in game 2.

I mean he defenetly hasnt kept up AT ALL with the korean skill level and hes probably pissed off about it. He cant epect to play 3 hours a day and keep up with people practicing up to 12 hours a day in a nearly perfect practicing environment with all their teammates.

Yeah, Diggity is really nailing it--it's not his loss itself, but the way he lost.

You can't win a long tourney like GSL when you might flip the wrong side of the coin two times in a row. Good players win without gambling every game. Throwing in one every now and then is fine. You also can't win if you are incapable of using a different variety of strategies. Nestea, MVP, and MC all these cheesed some of their games in winning the GSL.
Agreed, all this talk of "cheese" and "hes not a cheeser" is getting old. You gotta play to win, if your gameplan relies on a timing 12 min into the game then so be it. as long as thats not your only gameplan everygame then its another tool in your box you can implement in the right situation or on the right map.
you got to play the game and the player, not get upset if players dont play the way you feel it should be played.

That has to be one of the worst defeats Idra has suffered.

I don't disagree with you on the casters. They didn't really understand how Zenio was able to get away with the Mutalisk. Hell, they didn't understand much of it at all.
Moving out with the queen, in hindsight, was brilliant and should have tipped IdrA off. It essentially forced him to move all of his overlords away. This may have been the reason he forgot to scout with an Overseer. Second, that Zenio kept his units actively prodding at IdrA's front was also great. It kept him on his back foot and Zenio lulled IdrA into thinking he could play a very safe macro game.
Zenio's defense on the roach counter was also brilliant.

I think he left Korea to win the easy money in the foreign tournaments. He probably didn't calculate that the Koreans would follow him to it. LOL

I'm not a hater of any pro gamers but I don't disagree with Idra's no-gg, he has nothing to gain from typing it and everything to gain from not-typing it. If he had said gg and left the game both times do you think the LR thread would be blowing up like this?
Like I said, chances are Machine just stole his g key.
