Anyway the foreigner scene is going to be pretty crap to the Korean one if things continue like that. A lot of pros simply don't want to train hard, and etiquette and respect is something that have vanished in western countries.

Game 1 was just a silly 2-rax that anyone at diamond level or above can easily do, and will take games off even grandmaster players.
Game 2 was over the moment they spawned in vertical positions. A terran 2-base push through that short and narrow path is pretty much unbeatable. It's just like those pathways on the top and bottom of the old Shakuras map (the ones that were removed because they were imbalanced), but even shorter and quicker to push though. If NASL uses this map again next season, they really should to remove vertical spawns from it, or remove the passage like they did with Shakuras.
If you want to say that terran is imba, just go ahead and say it, you wouldn't be the first one in this thread.

you ever stop to think about more than just "the esports scene" and about the reputation of the country a player represents?

Traditionally the "gg" (I speak for BW as well as SC2) is a pillar of StarCraft manner, and if he deviates from it the community should have a right to say something about it. Maybe not do anything about it, but say something. Agreed, its not like anyone thinks that a game they lost is a good game to play for the most part (at least someone like idra who is usually quite bitter about losing) Also the fact that he GG'd everyone else in the NASL (except maybe zenio didnt see those) and then doesnt GG boxer is pretty disrespectful, why is he singling out boxer to be bad mannered too. Maybe he isn't trying to BM Boxer. Boxer did a double proxy barracks in both games. Anyone would have a bad taste in their mouths after that. There are games that you simply just don't say GG to after you lose. I believe everyone has left a game once without saying GG because of the play of the other player. Thanks for the comment and thanks for being reasonable. I agree with you there, of course he wasn't trying to BM BoxeR. I don't think IdrA is innately malicious toward anyone he BM's. But not GGing toward someone who deserves a great deal of respect is a bit off-putting.
so is unsolicited pandering...
if it's not a good game, why should he say it is.

Macro game ensues. BoxeR breaks down IdrA's rocks to his (nat? third?) and IdrA attacks into manny sieged tanks. Although he neurals the tanks and the thor, after a while his lack of an army breaks down and IdrA taps out. you forgot to mention in g2 that idra had 3k banked and was still up 2 bases at the end of the attack while boxer had no money and no reinforcements
3k could only be put into zerglings...and he probably didn't have much larva either. also zerglings don't do very well vs. tanks

TT1 says Idra doesn't deserve anything he has, but of course he doesn't know what he's talking about. Idra practiced 12 hours a day for two years to get to the level of top foreigner in BW, and that effort also paid off by making him the top foreigner in SC2 when it came out. He still hasn't relinquished that title.

I think that stems from our disagreement of the definition of the GG. In my opinion the GG is something you should do. For manner and sportsmanship. I guess you feel that a GG only is reserved for good games?
I guess we can agree to disagree. I wouldn't call what I do "pandering".

I dont see why idra should have a bad taste in his mouth about the 2 rax proxy, thats just how boxer does his 2 rax, hes shown us that in many gaames, its still a safe play on his part it isnt even cheese its meant to be transitioned out of.
Like when idra lost game 1 boxer had stopped the aggression he wasnt sending anymore reinforcements he had lifted off his barracks and he didnt expect to win right there, this is just boxers way of putting on pressure.
