So, let me get this straight.
It's hard to judge whether Polt is good at TvP until he beats a good protoss. And he beat the 2 potentially best protoss players in Starcraft 2 right now. Oh and the only 2 players he ever lost to were the good players?
Uh huh. Can you please inform me, to your best ability, how Ace and Choya made no mistakes in the games where they beat Polt. Because uhh, I don't remember there being much press about either of those tournaments you have an amazing photographic recollection of.

To be honest, most times MC, NesTea and mvp dominated their way to the finals, their opponents were largely underwhelming, in a slump, or just not good enough to begin with. Especially if we're talking about the GSL Opens (or year 2010 in general), when nobody was playing good Starcraft anyway.
MMA plays the game with a different mindset, and so the "domination" isn't reflected in one-punch roflstomp attack or big supply differences throughout the game, but he is, in fact, a very dominating player right now.

I think they both had hard roads, and if you had to say if one had an easier road, it would be MMA. He didn't have to play his weakest MU in protoss the whole tournament. The only top player he faced was MarineKing while Polt took down Losira/Alicia.

MKP is clutch. MMA is a little clutch-er. I think they're pretty evenly matched.
Both series were close and went to the final game as some expected.

Just got back, pity I didn't get to watch most of the games.
Pity about MKP but I'm glad that Polt won. Top making the final would have been almost as much of a travesty as Inca making the finals =/
I think MMA starts as a clear favourite in the final, but Polt should be good enough to take a game or two.

fxxking intelligent guy isn't enough. For the same kind of university in France you're going to study between 14/16h per day. Korean standarts are pretty high considering hard work, and I imagine that the same amount of work is required... Except if you're freaking intelligent compare to your pairs who are already fxxking intelligent

Yep, odd of getting into Seoul University is literally 1 to 5000, that's getting into 'a course' in Seoul University. He must been pretty smart to get into Seoul University, I'm sure studying is Polt's priority.

And there are ppl in korea that commit suicide (sad but true) because they do not get into the top 3 uni in korea. So Polt getting into seoul uni is kind of a big deal, unless he got into some degree like fashion design or something dats not rly hard.

Damn...I think you won't find anyone too surprised that MMA is in the finals (though I was pulling for MKP so hard, even though I'm a big MMA fan as well), but Polt? Seriously I hated this guy after he knocked MC out of GSL but at think at some point I just have to face facts and say wow this guy is pretty damn good.
