He's complaining a lot about balance lately (both in TvP and TvZ). Whats with people bashing on Kas today? Isnt he allowed to have like 1 fucking bad day where he loses all games and says something other than gg ? I mean im watching SC2 like 6 hours a day or more because my works lets me do it and i have never NEVER seen Kas cry about game balance. Also calling him a kid when hes about the same age as Whitera is just sad from your side considering your like under 18 years of age. Nope. Because if Lee Wannabe Pro has a "bad day" on GSL Code A we all would have a fun time bashing him, I'd rather hold to that standard than massage the ego of a bad player just because he is from a scene where you are not really required to be good. So Kas is a bad player and EU scene is bad and to win something as big as this Invitational does not require you to be good ? Ok bro, thank god your LA scene is so good. There are some great EU players. Particularly Naniwa and Thorzain because they've proven their skills in big LAN's and the biggest tournaments against some of the best players in the world. Sjow won more big lans than Naniwa and Thorzain combined for example. Anyways id like to hear your opinions on NA scene if you guys think EU is bad... that would make NA utter crap right ? The top NA players are really good -- so Huk, Select, Idra, Kiwikaki. But NA has very little depth compared with EU. Sjow's LAN wins were all basically EU only LAN's. I really don't rate Sjow, he is tactically fine but his mustitasking leaves a lot to be desired, as July showed at MLG Sjow just didn't have the mechanics and multitasking to compete at that level (without resorting to 2 port Banshee), where as Thorzain has clearly proven he does. Sjow is like one of 3-4 people that actually managed to take a game of one of the Koreans, not to mention he was actually very close to beating MMA, something no one even came close to. Also top EU >> NA by far Sure u have Idra whos a beast but thats about it tbh at the moment, while EU has far far more people who are up there with Idra. I missed the Sjow/MMA game that Sjow won, I only saw the base race one so I can't comment on that, but Sjow's win over July was pure cheese with the two port Banshee and the straight up games he played July dominated him completely. Sjow also lost to Moon who isn't a great player at all. Idra's the best foreigner full stop, I know he has his moments but MLG proved without a doubt that he is the only foreigner at a Korean level in terms of abilitiy, even if he has some work to do mentally. Kiwikaki and Select had terrible tournaments but I think they're as good as any EU players other than Thorzain and Naniwa. Huk is Code S. He's not really played the best opponents in Korea but getting Code S is no small feat and something I really doubt Sjow would manage. You are forgetting that in the last MLG Koreans only got knocked out by another Korean and not by a foreigner. While Moon is bad for Korean standards hes still as good as Idra or Naniwa for foreign standards. The game Sjow won was with 2 port banshee but it wasnt a cheese, July went for an early roach rush and killed off Sjows expo and backed off, Sjow just made 2 ports and banshees and well killed July that didnt even bother to scout or respond in any way to those banshees.
I don't agree that Moon is as good as Naniwa or Idra, I know he basically does well in everything he plays vs foreigners (MLG, NASL, IEM), but Moon's play is so mediocre when you actually watch him. Results are results though I suppose. It doesn't reflect well on foreigners if a Code B guy like Moon is as good as he best of the best foreigners.

Well the only reason that Idra placed higher than Nani in Columbus is that Nani had to play MC 1 round earlier, Nani did get outclassed by Losira thats true, but so did every other foreigner that Losira played against. Idra doesnt have mental stability that Nani has, i mean after day 1 where he owned everyone and showed why hes considered the best foreigner he gets totally roflstomped in day 2, those losses against MC were like horrible, Idras decision to cheese like all those games is just ....

I think is more the "playing-against-teammate"-syndrome rather than them not playing seriously.

Please guys could you stop your flame war on who has the biggest ? That's quite annoying to me, to say the least ...

Sjow tried some bunker contain which failed, then lost some marines while expanding. Morrow massed units and rolled on Sjow with his roaches and some banes who was going hellions (he had 2 bunkers with a total of 3 marines inside + 2 hellions).

Wow, almost 20k viewers. Thats super impressive.

Morrow went roach/ling/baneling all-in and Sjow was preparing to go harass with blue flame, so he didn't really have anything to help him defend.

ANYways, root gaming disbanded and everyone except Kiwi and Slush got picked up by complexity gaming. Lets discuss that, much better than to flame and troll each other or the players in this invitational. :D

Honestly, IdrA's only weakness is his attitude (well everyone knows that anyway) and imo, IdrA is still better that Tzain and Naniwa (for now anyway, who knows what will happen later on). Either way, would like to see Tzain against Nerchio and hopefully we can get some WhiteRa vs ThorZain action.

Thank God for Blasphemi, (who is following SC2 scene for 2 months), so we know who is better player. Hell... what do we need tournaments for? Let's just put Blasphemi (who is following SC2 scene for 2 months) on stream for eternity and let him recitate the players from best to worst.
I'll wait for Dreamhack to say how Europeans compares to Koreans (and i know it won't be easy, since i'm following community since 1998)
