He also does some manager things, and he helps gets the team fundings and sponsers through connections he has because he is an icon. Him and Cella also usually scout players/prospects that want to join the team, and if they have potential like the new comers they picked up, then they grab them. | ||

Actually you are quite wrong, according to the studies of cultural diversity and trends Korea respects more their seniors than hierarchy.You can look more information regarding this on studies made by Hoftedes and GLOBE. Boxer is known for helping Slayers coach their players, even tho he has always been a player he has coached many players while playing himself. Cella is a great coach, but undermining Boxer is just retarded. And about the rooms, it would seem rather rude for boxer to have the coach room if he isn't doing it full time. | ||
