minigun waiting ! just the other day i was insulted for saying cruncher huk and minigun were top 3 foriegn protoss good too see they keep proving the haters wrong

They still aren't top 3 foreign protoss -.- They have games where they can pull upsets (Cruncher and Minigun) but that doesnt mean they consistently perform and are the top 3...

I don't know what's up with EG
Their team is pretty much IdrA and Axslav right now. Demuslim is still trying to get back to form before his broken hand. inControL and LzGamer are "busy". I still don't know why IdrA hasn't quit EG and flew back to Korea.
I also question Colbi's decision-making as well as keeping the team together so at least he has more options to work around with.
Either way, GG Root.

I'd say FXO is a step down. Dignitas have the money to send him to Korea. And FXO doesnt have any player on his level, qxc is in a slump, moonglade havent been doing great either and the rest is well "meh" atm. Both SjoW and SeleCT is top notch players. I dont see any reason why he would switch.


mOOnGLaDe smashed SjoW 2-0 last time they played and as for his slump he lost GSL qualies to viOlet who cruised right through to code S, lost at world champs to a rampant July and played most of his NASL games from Kor and the ones he played at home in Aus still isnt the best lag-wise and he has had some personal problems lately. SeleCT is a freak but i'm pretty certain an on-song GLaDe > SjoW

Idra is making money, he probably doesn't have to pay a whole lot for his rent as he's with Machine, he casts and is on inside the game.

Idra clearly didn't come back to NA to improve as a player or have good practice partners.

Root is stealing EG's ladder points :D
I can't put FXO and dignitas on the same level. qxc isn't in full island-scanning and multidropping shape, sheth is pretty good, and moonglade is having problems, whereas naniwa, sjow and select are amazing.

Can't you people look longer than your nose reaches? There is a major difference between sending one player and a whole team. Nothing suggest Dignitas is prepared to send the whole team, so that's a bad reason "that they can afford it." They don't even practise that much together so how exactly is it a step down again? Only in your mind.

Hey dude it's time to realize the foreign world isn't limited to NA.

Anyway I think it's a really cool win for ROOT but they could'nt be more lucky with the draw imo. I heard that Idra has a bad record against Minigun, I think Axslav could beat anyone in ROOT except Kiwi, I don't know Strife but why didn't Incontrol play? And EG 2v2 team.. no comment.
Again, I'm not saying that ROOT don't deserve the win, they absolutely do, just that the score is a bit harsh.

Why so good, ROOT!?

Have noticed casters say drewbie and CatZ is an active 2v2 team and probably have played alot of them 2's together. As far as I know that's not really true, they were 2v2 partners in BW, but in SC2 drewbie is teamed up with Mindset most of the time. Which makes their 2v2 records even more impressive in my opinion. Feel free to correct me if I am mistaken though.

ya we haven't really played much if any 2v2 since the beta. but we did play for about 7 years of 2v2 in bw
