I understand that everyone has their own taste in casters, and Wheat, HD, and TotalBiscuit are great for the new faces tuning in to watch SC2 for the first time, but I would like to see some different casters for season 2 of the IPL.

I do like the player announcer but perhaps a much better move would of been an announcer with a distinct American or British announcer. I could see the Total Biscuit doing the job for announcing or somebody with a strong distinct accent.

It's double elimination. You have to lose two matches to get knocked out. IdrA is undefeated so far, And Kiwi has already lost once (to IdrA in fact).
So IdrA has to lose twice in order to get knocked out.

Yeah, that's not what extended series is. This is just standard double elimination. Lots of illuminating comments being made tonight about why the extended series debate was so messed up: tons of people just had no idea what it was or how double elimination normally works.

It was played on the old version, still had the rocks, kiwi just didn't take that expansion for some reason.

Extended series is where they keep the previous record and continue to play based on that.
This is double elimination, where loser has to win twice, winner only has to win once.
