I'm in total agreement here, the word "cheese" thrown around annoyed quite a bit. The production value was, as always, incredible (definitely the best out there). IGN shouldn't get complacent though, there's always room for improvement.
Looking forward to season 2 with all the mistakes of infancy eliminated (not that there were many). GJ guys!

After watching the VODS of the final, wow. Idra really deserved that, insane play in game four.

Great job to IdrA, so happy for him that he's finally won something again. Been cheering for him lately and felt bad that things just weren't going his way.
I wonder if CatZ has anything to say about this? lol.

lol as a long time fan of HD since his days in bw casting.. i have to agree with you xD but why start talking abt his casting, this is more abt the ipl finals and not how good casters did their job, else flame wars will ensue for no good reason

Wish there had been an IdrA interview after the finals.. even if it had to be over skype.

Also agreed but... Idra himself called his own games "Cheese" on state of the game later on... >.<
he got game 3 on a semi cheese roach/speedling push (i would rather call it a "All in"), game 4 was about tons a fights everywhere with lots of drops (thats and proxy spines i belive are the future of zergs), and game 5 was also similar (Idra call that win on kiwikaki being bad and knowing nothing about timings, lol)....

So I went to go watch the VODs (i'm so behind on tournaments D and all the links to the individual videos appear to be broken. D: Anyone else having this problem?
