Wow. We see great games today from players that I honestly thought would be boring and people only complain that Boxer lost. Maybe if he had adapted his strategy to his opponent he would've been more succesful. I liquibet Boxer myself, but he got outplayed today.

Enjoy the games for what they were. If having an all european semi-final is enough for you to stop watching the TSL, you don't need to post it in this thread. The rest of us will enjoy the games.

It's tough to watch it play out like this given the latency circumstances. Hasu played fine, Boxer played fine...but there were some other forces at work unfortunately. Wish that TSL had the budget to fly in the Ro8 guys instead of just the finalists. IMO results would surely be different in that scenario. I appreciate that Wheat and Artosis didn't make a big deal about the lag thing, but 3 - 0 vs Boxer is not entirely a representation of the players and their abilities. GLHF to those left, looking forward to the 'LAN' finals (even though it's technically internet always....just internet in the same place).

With many commentators/etc. talking down onto former wc3-players...being a former wc3-player myself, I have a big banana grin on my face right now

Very WP by hasu, great decisionmaking all around. Especially in the last game where it seemed like the drops and multi-pronged attacks did good damage.

Pretty much this. Live GSL world championship foreigners didn't even get close to winning it and MC fly's in a 4-0 in Copenhagen.
