So haters he does entertain, he gives a sense of opportunity like you can actually beat him in PvP when actually it's not possible.
Out of the 6 possible MUs one relies on an overbearing style to compete successfully. Not too bad for blizzard since the rest of the MUs are pretty darn varied.
This load of BS is so disrespectful to the professional integrity and competence of both MC and white-ra. Typical teenager crapinion...

ok MC played that last game like a dirty shoplifter, its like he never finished high school and has been playing computer games all his life.
yeah my heart goes to white ra, must've been real bad losing 15k on a game.
ppl should start a fund. donate money to the "i got robbed by MC" relief for white ra.
GG MC,
is it weakness or murder to make a half percentage play like that... who knows.

Are you seriously implying that with $15,000 on the line MC deliberately placed himself a razor's edge away from losing simply for the entertainment of the crowd? Ridiculous. I think he is saying MC knew he could have beaten Whitera in the early to early-mid game anytime he wanted to. Both San and MC have proven this before. So he tried something different for the first 2 games, and when that didn't work, he just fell back to what he knew he could do to win. And it worked like he expected it to. I was there and it looked like MC was going to start crying after the second loss. He won game 3 and 4 because he stopped produce probes exactly when he reached 20 and then maxed his army. I believe it was some sort of plan B when everything else didn't work... Game 5 was a HUGE risk. If white-ra had scouted the pylon or gateway, well then MC would have insta-lost. ... Any Protoss aggression build cuts probes at 20 in PvP. 4 gate you stop probes at 20, and 3 gate blink you stop probes at 20. Whitera would have easily defended both plays if he cut probes at a more standard 22-24~ instead of 28.

yes in PvP 4gate you need 20 probes 3 on gas 16 on minerals 1 with your zelot and stalker to build proxy pylon

was mlg version afaik (you can only spawn diagonal positions.)
whitera wasn't aware. Although the same occurred from a lot of the other players (i.e. scouting close spawns on metal etc.)

I'm a big fan of WhiteRa, but you have to remember that these guys are professional gamers. They are at a tournament to win it all, not to impress you. Isn't that the competitive nature of the game?

white ra lost 15k on 3 games, not one. He had 3 chances to knock MC out and couldn't do it.

God this event was so good...

The bottom line is, MC is a kid. and the rest of you are all buzz lightyear toys.
if MC turned out to be a school leaver it would be the second one this year to win a major tournament, the other one being NANIWA.
you'd probably find them in a park somewhere trading pokemon cards and picking their noses. they sure as hell aint gunna be reading this forum probably.

Did you even go to school?

I'm a huge fan of white ra and i wanted him to win but MC won fair and square.
Even white ra says nothing bad to MC and liquid nazgul spoke the truth. So all you haters should just rewatch the games since white ra 4 gated twice in the series while MC 4 gated once.
It was a great series and white ra MC is going to be a rivalry like fed nadal
esports is growing OMG!

lets all give a cheer to MC, the guy's gunna go back to high school one day the richest kid in the yard, and he'll eat everyone's lunches, and fulfill his dream.

Yeah, I was clicking all the spoiler tags. Every matchup was just going wrong for me in terms of who I wanted to win except WhiteRa - Oh wait... Well props to MC for winning... yet again.

The "i don't care about the money only show good game" comment by ra was disappointing to me. Why bother following a player who isn't trying and/or doing his best to win, guaranteed disappointment.

Occasionally there are posts so bizarre that I take pause to decipher them. Usually their awfulness is attributable to the fact that they are posted by people with a tenuous grasp on English, but in this case the poster has listed his location as Australia, a country wherein one would presume English is spoken. Maybe some combination of intoxicants is to blame.
From this and his previous post, I can only surmise that somehow the poster is angry that MC all-ined White-Ra in the last game, a sentiment many have shared. However, unlike others who were angry that they were deprived a "real" game, he seems to take offense to MCs age, thinking that somehow the younger player should defer to the older and allow him to win. When faced by confused forum goers, he proceeds to call them toys, as if MC was some sort of devious puppet master. The reasons behind this are unclear. He finishes by concluding that were MC and Naniwa, heretofore unmentioned and unrelated, were not progamers, they would have been somehow locked in a vortex of space and time, forever stuck as grubby children playing with Pokemon cards.
Honestly, I can't piece this together to make any clear picture. Usually I can get some kernel of information from a frothing rage filled post, but this one is just all over the place. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love hear them.

White-ra obviously played his best, or he wouldn't have had such a good run in this tournament
