Then all of the sudden, the stream is hit with hundreds of thousands of viewers trying to start up the stream and watch the game that is getting cast.


They only have problems when they actually cast games because that is when everyone is actually watching the stream. Its smooth and fine when they aren't because there are no where near the amount of viewers watching during downtime as opposed to cast time.

Once they start to cast, the stream dies and their internet dies. Its the equivelant of a DDOS attack and they do not have the infrastructure to support the amount of viewers right now who want to watch.


They may simply have to move to a pay only system like GOMTV because they can't handle streaming for free.
