When I load up the stream octoshit instantly starts itself, and if I close the program, MLG's stream will constantly re-open it until the stream stops working. I wouldn't really care if for some unknown reason octoshit gives me the BSOD every single time it's running with anything. This obviously makes the stream 100% unwatchable to me and this is a damn shame. It seems MLG has not improved at all over the years. They STILL have tons of delays with starting on time and now they're outright lying to people. MLG is a gigantic joke.
It's actually called Octoshape And I don't have it even installed on this PC and already watched some Ads on stream.
So I guess you're double wrong.
Actually, you're both right.
If you have Octoshape installed the free stream will launch it and will pause the stream and restart Octoshape whenever you close Octoshape. However, if you uninstall Octoshape (or presumably don't have it installed in the first place), it appears that you can then restart the stream and watch it without Octoshape (or at least watch the ads - let's see if the matches show).
As if its not bad enough that the stream isn't up, my internet decides to go in and out all day. Fuck you AT&T, who thought their internet service could be worse than their phone service?

I'm taking my t-shirt money to Tasteless :D I'm glad I didn't take the time off from work to go there, and I am glad I am settling for the LQ stream. Switch to a partnership with JTV, ditch octoshit, and stop hocking t-shirts and maybe this will work out for you?
Oh, and I'd be willing to place a bet on the fact that the SC2 audience population is the one killing the site...
my thoughts exactly, this guy really doesnt know how to prioritize anything in regards to setting up an event. Stream/HQ passes/bracket lists should be the top of the list since 95% of people are watching from online rather than at the center.
and we basicly told him on SotG prepare for a Storm on your Servers and here we are waiting again ...
