That's a representation of what I would like to see in this community, but people get too carried away with this koreans vs foreigners shit... I don't think players on either side actually care all that much about that... sigh For me personally it's more about the fact that now you can have a tournament with the best players in the world without it being a purely Korean tournament, it's good for the ESPORTS industry. Watching a foreign BW competition was cool, an amazing amount of skill and talent but ultimately you had a feeling that there is 400 Koreans that are better than most of the top 16 of that tournament.

Anyone else notice that Tasteless mentioned MLG an awful lot, along with the fact that big things are in the works. I would love to see some sort of collaboration between MLG and GSL to make more world events like this happen.

Was watching the GSL in Micro Econ class. When MVP got busted by DIMAGA I cheered so loud and got weird looks by everyone in the class, thank god I am a good student though. I didn't get scolded but it was an awkward moment, I looked around me "Sorry, hahaha"

The only thing I'm really dissapointed in are the disconnect, Huk and Jinro. The first because it just sucks and Huk and Jinro for not stepping up as our best players.
Other than that I must say I've been greatly entertained by these games and whole arrangement. Hopefully the tournament will follow suit and give us some epic games.

Strongly disagree that Alicia is overrated. He took out MVP, LosirA, and Nestea on various occasions. I can almost guarantee you that Alicia would beat NaDa pretty easily. Bomber looked VERY mortal against MMA and was simply picked apart by Ryung, and they're all on the same team as Alicia. SlayerS is a sick team.

Such an awesome and close event!
Looked like Neastea won dimaga pretty easily but I am pretty sure that dimaga gonna show stronger games in final tournament, maybe even win neastea.

I would argue that the normally chipper Jinro is the odd man out in that picture he's all scrunched up and sad looking =[.
He's really ill, doesn't want to infect someone else i guess.

True, he just sat there passively for such a long time and went right into that match with all the pressure on his shoulders. Shows composure in defending the early speedlings and hits the perfect timing to counter. Very impressed with MVP too. That guy is going to be ridiculously good.

In case you guys forgot about the IMG MLG partnership, Where MLG will be hosting tournaments around the world. Different regions of the world! and John mentioned a super tournament here on TL.

Don't understand why MKP isnt on that list when MVP is. They are both insane players slumping.
MKP is still very talented and easily top5 in the world when he's in form.
Anyway you will see tomorrow!

Would be such an awkward newspaper heading "Koreans barely remain on top in Starcraft 2"
with a little article on the right "Man dying from too much enjoyment, a first in history"

Ryung and Min should replace San and July. I don't want to judge based on results, but off of playing ability from games. While I love July, he hasn't been impressive at all, and San is solid but not spectacularly good.
Ryung's TvT and TvP are both extremely solid, and Min is just a macro monster with a good head for strategy. Both just qualified for Code A, btw. I don't think half of the guys on this list could do that (although, a good amount of luck is involved due to the inherent volatility of the game). :D

Did Jinro have no tanks because he surrounded his factory in other buildings? If you surround a Terran production building in buildingst (he unit has no where to spawn) the unit will remain building at 100%.. is this what happened? If that is what happened i feel extra sad for Jinro... i really hated to watch him be baneling busted by Morrow in the TSL and then when he tries to defend it he gets gaaaaaaaayed... confirm/deny
