Then we can get behind our own countries as well, not just 'the world' (as fucking epic as that already is)
Just imagine the top players from each region coming together to duke it out? I came just from the thought of that :O

Awesome to see GOM cover these events, some heavy nerdchills over the course of these 2 days. Congrats everyone. Even if you lost you still won. Good luck for tomorrow.

Don't even know why anyPro was there, and Alicia is better than San according to MC. I agree, but I believe they were placed there by their GSL points rankings: Anypro and San both did very well in the last one. Yeah, I'm aware that they were placed based on GSL points. I didn't actually mean "I don't know why anyPro was there". I just meant that rhetorically because I was talking about who I think the best 8 Koreans actually are. It's a shame that they couldn't get the best of the best Korea had and the best of the best that the World had, but I guess you need to follow a certain system...

Better yet, keep all the teams + a foreigner team and go proleague style! Expanding the GSTL would be awesome. I am a little worried by their current format and team limit anyway, seeing as how IM was ranked #8 due to a lack of Code S presence when the teams were selected. Clearly there are a lot of guys capable of playing at the top level. I think it'd get more people hyped about the league if their more local heroes had a chance to take games on what's still arguably the biggest stage.

The players earned their spot based on how far they advanced. If you have a gripe then its probably with the structure of the system, but don't blame the players.

July - omnomnomming up half the worldteam 3. Dimaga - Stamina and combackness 4. Sen + TT1 - Giving world the early lead 6. NesTea - Staying calm and winning in the end 7. MVP - Playing solid but letting a discc and dimaga get to him 8. anyPro + Sanzenith - Hanging in there for the koreans 10. Morrow + moonglade - Playing risky and just comming up short 12. Huk + Jinro + Nada + MKP - The worst players , HuK and Nada playing too carefull , MKP en Jinro just playing silly in the matchups. I cant really disagree with this, though the white-ra match was a solid micro win rather than an "easy match". IMO I agree with White-Ra doing amazing, but MC isn´t in the list? I personally think July bashing players who can´t really stand up to him makes him look better than he is. He is very good, but I´d say 1. Dimaga - epic games. nuff said. 2. July for - took out 4 in a row, might be our fault for not sending Dimaga directly. 3. White-Ra - Pvp of the year vs MC who is a monsterplayer. 4. MC - absolutely demolished TT1, would have ended the world team right there if not for White-Ra Didn´t see the games from yesterday wo I can´t judge half the players. Really disappointed by GSL foreginers, too.
