IdrA definitely screwed up with that last game's defense. But I don't see how good Cruncher's FFs were. They were basically spammed in the shape of a circle which is pretty obvious considering how many FFs were stacked there. That resulted in the lack of FFs later on. But all that was not important because IdrA reacted badly to the push. To me, it was more like IdrA losing it rather than Cruncher winning it. Nonetheless, it was Cruncher's win and he had the right to spite IdrA because of IdrA's BM. It was also a good chance to pay back IdrA for looking down on him so much too.

Overconfidence got the better of him.

GG stands for Good Game. Those were not good games.

As for the comparison to MC in terms of fanboy FFs, cruncher had a bunch of his FFs stacked on top of another, where as MC was able to actually hit each forcefield spot on so he could have a max number.

That series from Cruncher looked like:
g1: IdrA hates colossus/VR- he thinks it's imba, gogogo~!
g2: fuck, he pressured me. I got rolled
g3: IdrA hates forcefields and thinks the MC 6gate attack is imba, gogogo~!

Oh well, its the same thing with Idra for years now. Its just like in TSL2 vs Tyler.

Idra hypes himself as much as is possible, says his opponent stands no chance, is totally bad and so on. Then he proceeds to lose, and people start to conclude it can be for imbalance reasons only.

And Idra is doing his troll face and is happy that he is still regarded as the best, no matter if he loses or not.

glad to see many the fan favorites drop like flies.... getting tired of seeing the same guys get overhyped and treated like gods on team liquid when their play hasn't warranted it. Would love nothing more than to see ogsMC roll this tournament and see everyone whine about his play style some more. Like him or not he's been a consistent, smart, highly talented player, that has been making far fewer mistakes than the Jinros, huks, idras, MVP's, Nestea's, etc that have fallen in the tsl and other recent tournaments. Not to mention his build orders have been impeccably clean and timed out.

Cruncher used this to his advantage by making Idra look like more a jerk. (in game 2, "glhfing" and not doing the same in game 1), (doing the smiley)...all uncharacteristic of his normal behavior.

Idra is being himself. Cruncher knows what he was doing is baiting a reaction, which is why I don't respect him.

So because Idra is always BM its ok, but when someone else BM's because they were disrespected(you know, being called a walkover) it's not ok. It's hypocrisy, nothing else.
