Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied.

Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't.

Really exciting player pool!

Just little disappointed by choices of ViBe, Sheth and stalife, but otherwise good

This is why you wait till the 50-man lineup before critisizing.

I hope every one of the haters comes into this thread and apologises publically for wasting our and their time.

Fuck, who am I kidding, that's only what decent humans would do. They'll just find something else to troll about, I'm sure. :lol

So the 50 are set, sweet! Looks like an excellent player pool. I've heard of most of these players, but not all of them. Either way I'll be watching because this league is gonna be tons of win.

I won't be expecting perfection in the first season from the NASL, just like I didn't expect a perfect player pool. Doing the majority of things "right" deserves a lot of credit. Good job guys, looking forward to it!

Nice job NASL, 50 awesome players. Sure there are a few players I wanted to see in that didn't make it, but I don't envy your position to pick only 50, so I understand completely.

I think next time you shouldn't make your invite process so public. Many other invitational tournaments always just announce who is in and there is zero controversy. But regardless, you have done a fantastic job and can't wait for games to begin. I hope you guys were taking notes on the latest GSL world showmatchs

each group has 2 koreans in it... (and select has a korean flag next to his name idk why).... each group has no more than 4 of any race and no less than 3 of the others (except group 1 but TLO could be considered the 3rd terran)

I love the diversity I love the players and I love the foresight because a ton of the questioned players proved a lot at the TSL and WC these past weeks. Great job NASL with this list I cannot wait to purchase my HD pass

I'm super hyped for NASL. I really like the invites, I do not understand how people can seriously await an invite list of 50 players to be exactly the 50 players they'd like to see. Like, OMG, I only agree with 90% of the invites, what a terrible terrible tournament!!!
I see a lot of talent in that list and a ton of interesting games. I also liked other decisions the NASL has made, the structure of the tournament/league/whatever seems pretty good, the youtube thingy was awesome (even though I found it kind of pointless in the beginning, It's cool to see some players personality a bit), GO NASL!

Yeah they have certainly put some thought into it even if it goes against many peoples expectations.

I bet it has something to do with him being Korean.

I'm not going to apologize, it's NASL's fault for making me wait so long for the goods!

Very exciting invites.
Good job NASL!
I can understand almost every invite, there's just ViBe and Dde who i don't know and can not judge yet.
This will be an awesome league!

SeleCT is an American player.

Edit: I'm wrong, SeleCT prefers to represent South Korea.

It's more than just that. Each group has 4 NA (select is a NA player despite his flag), 4 EU (2 groups have a SEA player subbed in for a EU player) and 2 KO which ensures a wide variety of not only playstyles but viewers. This tells me that the decisions on invites was a combination of popularity, geography, and skill.

Really exciting player pool, more excited for this than i was the first season of the GSL. Can't wait for biggest upset in SC2 history when something like Stalife 2:1 MC occurs.

Well, can't complain about the list now that they've included a fair amount of Korean players, lots of which were being demanded in this thread. It's easy to criticize us by looking back and saying "SEE THEY ARE ALL THERE, YOU WASTED YOUR TIME", but having 8 out of the 10 koreans being announced on the final 2 days while somewhat "climatic" sort of justified our frenzy leading up to the final days.

In either case, NASL will be awesome! Can't wait, thanks to all involved who is running things and lets hope for non-laggy games!
I now have autographs of both BoxeR and NaDa. I can die happy. Lim Yo Hwan and Lee Yun Yeol FIGHTING forever!

just a little bit on insight for those who are wondering about group placement. NASL wanted the group to be split up so that no 2 team mates were playing in the same group. So it may be the reason why some groups are more stacked than others, people like kiwikaki, drewbie, catz (and maybe qxc sinc ethey may have made the groups when he was in root) all needed to be split up. Same goes for idra axslav machine and incontrol, and fenix, KR, TT1, SEn. (there are also a couple more teams with multiple members participating). After all these teams are separated into each division, it may have been harder to completely balance the scales from division to division. I think at the end of the day they look decent, and I think it was a good idea to not have team mates competing against each other.

They make for sort of weird games, since they know each other so well, playstyle-wise and mentally.

excellent players top to bottom, but I'm still very disappointed in the absence of Minigun. oh well, he'll probably get invited next time

iNcontrol and ROOT fighting!
In theory, practice and theory are the same. In practice, they are not
