I was hoping the easier SC2 interface would allow him to stay on par with other players and dominate again, by being 10x smarter then his opponents. But he is still way behind Code S players (and probably most Code A players) macrowise ![]()

Poor Emperor. Looking forward to see him in Code A next season. He should have tried take a fourth a lot earlier than he did, but he didn't have many SCVs anyways. Oh well. Great games from Boxer today.

great, you just compared BoxeRs marine split with the guy called MarineKingPrime and is known to be the best with marines. I think your own response says more than my post.

When you have siege tanks + marines in the Zerg's face he can't really do anything to stop your expos from going up. If Boxer just took his top left base (2nd nat) at ANY point during that game, even floating CC's if necessary, while doing his attacks, he would've won for sure. Well, he didn't evne have enough SCV to saturate one base. He kept losing them throughout the game and never actually remade them. Hope he can fix some of the holes in his game and come back because he is truly one of the greatest players to watch

![]() I predict if he gets beaten in TSL early that he may retire now. Code A is embarrassing for a player of his level or at least of the level he is expected to be.

I don't imagine that he'd be happy with contesting for $1000 with kids half his age - that would be worse than playing for SKT once in a blue moon. I hope he goes back up asap or perhaps the Emperor will step down sooner rather than later. I had the same thoughts but he just got a huge contract I don't think he can just leave that easily. He is pretty obligated to play I guess. All things considered his SC2 run has been a failure so far.

MKP has far worse decision-making/tactical nous than BoxeR. MKP's games sometimes resemble shoving square blocks into a round hole - only that his marine splits make it slightly likelier.
