Gom has said themselves several times that what you pay for when you buy a season pass is NOT the livestream, or the HQ stream, or anything else streamrelated, it is the vods. The HQ stream is a bonus for those who decide to support gom by paying for and buying the stream, but they cannot gaurantee that it will always be up 100% of the time.
