I agree with this. The reason 3 gate expo is so successful is the thread of 4 gate and nexus cancel which means a zerg can't just drone blindly. The threat of this kind of zerg all-in will make the protoss have to play less greedy (greedy meaning just massing cannons with sentries) Then, it might be safer for zergs to actually tech to hive / infestors.Who knows but it's a step since "standard" zvp right now fails anyway. | ||

Back when Toss couldn't even beat Zerg, the Colossus/Voidray strat made by Guineapig was praised, now if you do it people get super pissed off I find it funny that people keep saying Zerg can only win by doing all-ins, that is exactly what Protoss was doing against Zerg for 2months after the roach buff | ||

Maybe protoss players get away with doing what they want because zergs don't punish them for taking risks. 'Cheese' isn't just rushing for some unit. It can also be playing overly greedy and hoping your opponent doesn't realise and punish you for it. | ||
