You mean like Tasteless? Even though her "gg" is usually correct and not really that premature, while Tasteless will call "gg" before the "final" battle takes place? Who cares.

She's implying that most GGs are formal and customary, but certain times (such as this game) it was legitimately a good game. Yeah, exactly. Can't believe people are making such a big fuss over something like that.
No but you don't play down formality of others because a great game happened.

He never said tasteless' premature gg's aren't annoying....I find any premature gg from anyone annoying.

Win. Gogo Moonglade?
I was thinking the exact same thing.
It would be so awesome if moonglade managed to win IEM :o

That would be hilarious if IdrA was still in and won it.

me too.
If eSports or especially sc2 wants to become really really big it has to get away from only being casted by 3-4 outstanding casters who have to do everything. Tastosis and Day9 can not be everywhere on the world to cast every single game that there is to be casted.
We need lots and lots of good casters and you only get really good either learning from the best or with a lot of experience (or obviously both^^). And Kelly already seems to know more than most casters I have to put up with in the german casterscene (not counting Khaldor or TLO/Rotterdam who have been absolutely amazing at the IEM)

Thus you too are implying a potential for greater humor was lost. I dislike Kelly for the same reasons others do, though now I'm not complaining about what she's like, but that's she's replaced Tastless and the potential for fun.

Sad to say this but watching the GSL games and IEM games at the same time it's hard not to notice the difference in players' skills and quality of games.
P.S. The Amulet removal seems to be not only justified but also necessary, if the game were to evolve towards macro style. Remember that Stim takes longer to research with 1.3 as well, meaning toss has some more leeway on choosing techs in the beginning. I still think though marine's DPS needs to be reduced somewhat.

Winning games were you were behind allows you to become a consistent winner. It's the same reason Idra will never be a great player. He gives up too easily. Jinro on the other hand, he seems to have the mentality of champion - hopefully he can win soon!
It's kinda both. Making a great comeback is extremely hard and exciting but wat will get u far in a tournament is being able to get a lead and maintain without losing ur advantage. It's much better to play consistently well than to have one ridiculously amazing game.

Win. \ is this serious? OMG Given that all 4 semi-finalists are all based in Korea, that sounds like a reasonable way. I doubt they would've done it if 4 foreigners (based outside of korea) made it to the semis.

Like him or not, his results aren't debatable.
As for the winner of IEM going straight to Code S, that's almost a bit unfair when you think about it... I mean, many players stuck in the GSL (playing for Code A) weren't able to attend, because they won their RO32 matches... imagine those who just lost in RO16 are regretting it, lol
