You are absolutely correct in this isolated incident, however the fact that these delays and mishaps are becoming almost common among huge tournaments is a bit concerning. To take ESPORTS, or whatever you may want to call it, seriously we must compare to working models of other competitions. My favorite comparison is to tennis, I doubt any tennis event would be delayed due to technical reasons (natural i.e rain and injury do not count here as all events are indoors and have an extremely low injury rate in ESPORTS).

As long as we're able to see IdrA/qxc match, it's all good by me. That's the one game I really wanted to see aside from white-ra/IdrA but I can't stay up for that one.

might have to switch to German stream. Lag is unbearable atm!

Feel free to go to sleep then or something - no reason for you to be watching an event you 'hate'.

Just go to esl.tv and click on the fat "premium hd streams" button

Even stream goes up in in 4 minutes.

Why is it that so many of these events for E-Sports always get delayed? It's like the only thing holding it back, yet it still hasn't been fixed. t.t

in 4 mins the eventstream should work probably (said on german stream)
|
German Caster said in 4 mins the event stream will start!

For me this has been the primary reason I began paying more and more attention to the GSL to the exclusion of other sc2 tournaments. But according to the people who post during the 5 minute blackout GSL has once or twice a season GSL has the worst streaming service known to man.
I really think that in most people's experience, the GSL online experience as whole, including their streaming, has been appreciably better than that of any other tournaments. I mention this because I just hope NASL is more like the GSL than like IEM. As a customer of the GSL I feel taken care of. As a potential customer of the IEM premium service, I feel taken advantage of.
Of course, it's not that big of a deal. But until it is a big deal for those who are providing the service, sc2 will not have the cultural success we all want it to.
