QXC is extremely solid and is top 5, if not top, US terran, and HuK just completely outplayed him...

huh? If qxc had ghosts he could have EMP'd the templar, while PvT isn't perfect, it isn't OMFG FUCKING IMBA QQ

He did so much damage with his DTs that he was ahead. These situations might look OP but often it's just the result of early game advantanges/mistakes paying off.

Huk's early game really won both games in the early game.

Both time he denied QXC's expansion for a long time while he expanded behind it easily, leading to a very imbalanced mid/late game.

Solid play, but seriously there's nothing amazing to what Huk played. He was save early game and then camped on 3 base defended until he hit an army thats not beatable by Bio Terran.

I'm not taking any credit away from Huk here, its a solid play and his defence was good - but it wasn't amazing play either.

The early game play WAS amazing. He is dimensions different from the way he was before korea.

The most impressive part was the stalker control. He is simply not afraid of terran bio, even in the early game. He actually took out marauders with concussive shells as if it was normal.

At every single turn he made the better decision and had the better control. qcx couldn't do anything. You won't see that from other protosses.

The late game however was sloppy and he built som random pylons (pylons are good for scouting drops sure, but you could tell some of them were just built for fun). He was really cost inefficient and wasted colossus and so on. But I think that was just because the game was already over.

But the early game play definitely made me think HuK is the best player here. As long as he concentrates in the late game, I have a hard time seeing anyone taking him out. Perhaps you have to be protoss to appreciate it but the early game play WAS freaking amazing.

...? I'm sorry but I see players on ladder doing the same. 2 rax pressure can be defendet especially with Zealot / Stalker. Huk used stalker only with good scouting and knew his opponent went up in tech (hellion) so a really hard Marauder/Marine push is unlikely to occur. He played good in defence, but it was nothing amazing really.

Naniwa is the same, White-rA is the same, also Adelscott can defend well with gateway units.. so yeah. I don't know your level, but I'm not impressed by things like that. I have much more respect of Zergs reading the game well than that.

And no, the early game was not FREAKING AMAZING. It was rock solid.

Edit: And please don't missunderstand this as talking Huk done. Because I think he's a really good if not amazing player. I just don't understand that hype for actions like that.

nearly all your posts lately sound very biased

Biased towards what? I'm just not hyping anyone for small actions. If Huk wins the whole thing I'm saying he did show rock solid performance and was the best player in that tournament and won deserved, but I'm not saying. Ahh no competition for Huk there, he'll win easily without a keyboard.

not just huk, towards protoss in general

Could you please see the results ... ? and the race distribution as of now?

So should we use the race distribution of IEM against Terran? How about the top20 of virtually every TSL qualifier being dominated by Terran?
