All of this is so true. Plus I think this series is where you can really tell that Artosis really loves Starcraft...he almost killed his voice in multiple games, and the "...YEAHHHHH!!!" when IM selected Nestea was exactly what I did at that moment

Wow 3,000 comments finally got me to look into game 8.
Damn that was just as good as everybody was saying. Just like an epic BW game. Battles/drops/expos going up everywhere. Mass tanks is so visually stunning the amount of explosions, and the sight of the protoss army charging in just blows my mind.
Great success for SC2, hopefully this will kick all the negativity of late in the asss.

I wasn't too impressed with Bomber's play even though he did beat losira (was close spawn LT too).
Any1 else think the Korean Community is trolling us and hyping up an average player (no gsl appearance etc)? lol

Team league was a nice change of pace. I do prefer the single matches though.

The people who voted no must live in some country where 5 dollars is a month or mores wages.
Greatest event and first final to really live up to epic proportions. Hopefully tl or a possible foriegner coilition will be at the next one.

I loved the Team League. It was exciting and the new maps are awesome. I am glad I pre-purchased without even thinking about it.
SC2 is really getting shape and we still have 2 expansions to go!

When Bomber GG'd out of game 7, and Artosis went "OooooooooooooooMyGOD.. TASTELESS!!!! I almost fell out of my seat. Best casted game ever, baby.

Hopefully Blizzard watched this series and put 2 and 2 together. We've seen more epic games on the new GSL maps than we have on Metalopolis (the best map in the pool) since launch... and there have been about 8000 times as many games played on Metal as there have been on the GSL maps in the GSTL...
Hopefully Blizz isn't looking for an excuse to call this a coincidence.

What? How many games have there even been on the new maps? I thought only the last team match played on them since they were near the end. If that's the case and there were like 3 good games on them... that's not enough evidence to credit the map. That being said, I would also like them to include the GSL maps.

God I loved the finals. The ST/IM series really MADE the GSL TL for me.
I love how passionate and excited the players got during the series - the constant BM really added to this excitement and it was all in good taste. No one really went overboard with the BM, it was all in good fun for the most part.
I love how the excitement built up during the series, each subsequent game got better and better. It goes without saying that the 2 MVP games were the best we've seen in SC2 - SO intense. And finally, how fucking clutch is Nestea - such a boss.

Rewatching last 3 games now. Still as amazing, if not moreso.
