You're missing the point, you said that mech can't win a late-game battle against protoss, but jinro has proven many times that you actually can pull it off with the correct unit mix and timings, fenix has also done it in other games successfully by mixing heavy harass with late game tech. Thorzain just did it wrong, and adel played it perfect. | ||

You can't have enough tanks because you need to produce OTHER units from factories, not just tanks, or you will get rolled by an immortal push early on. Anyways, the only games you can cite is Jinro vs. MC and MC clearly did not play in the typical turtle mech mode that I was talking about. In Fenix's games, even when he's ahead after the initial harass (as he was in the vs. Kiwi games), he gets rolled by Kiwi's composition. You can tell how frustrated Fenix was with those games as he looked upset and even called Protoss imba. | ||
