You can certainly win a late-game with mech against Toss as Jinro showed! The problem is reaching late-game making only mech units is very vulnerable.

MC went carriers and Jinro hit a timing. Despite what people think about MC, that was a major mess-up.

Because he was in LT close position and scrap station, clearly not in the same spot. Adel was expanding like crasy freely.
