Certainly doesn't help that idra was behind the entire game. Nothing to do with imbalance. You realize he was behind because T pushed and blocked his ramp only to retreat behind his own wall leaving IdrA completely in the dark. This leads me back to my first post.. Did you even think before you responded? No he was behind because 10+ drones got roasted because he didn't block his ramp with queens.
Simplistic answer at best. Say he blocks his main ramp, then they attack his natural instead. Losing ~12 drones at the cost of 5 blue flame hellions isn't even that bad. Shortly after that attack they showed the income tab and their harvester count was about equal (excluding mules, obv).
edit: Depressing pvp, definitely don't miss playing that matchup. GG's Root and EG.

WHICH HE COULDNT PREPARE FOR BECAUSE ZERG IS IN THE DARK AND TERRAN HAS 900 OPENINGS.
PLEASE are you this fucking dense? That is the entire crux of my fucking post. Jesus christ.
Anyway... This Ace Match is making me hate PvP. I used to think about switching P but I'm not sure I could handle PvP lol.

I was hoping to see a little less of PvP or 4gating, but oh well. Nicely played for the most part and it's always fun to watch these clan wars.

Pretty much the exact opposite results across the board from what I expected. Well done Root. PvP does suck tho. I'd never send a toss to an ace match just for that reason, lol.

Nicely done ROOT!

I think you have valid points about the difficulty of scouting ZvT but you're kind of undermining them by being enraged. Anyway gg's although too much PvP = -_-

Why pick Axslav as the Ace? All respect to him but I was predicting it would be you instead.

ax plays a lot with kiwi and is the better pvp player of us two. The match was disappointing but we have faith in axslav.

Wait, so how does that go? Did they pick Kiwikaki and you guys picked after knowing who the ROOT Ace was?

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, EG is a great bunch of players who played great games, it was not a domination by any stretch of the imagination.

probably speculating upon the fact that root sends a protoss out

Foot in mouth, yes?
Missed the live stream, are VODs available?

kiwi IS root's strongest player, so a pretty simple prediction of them sending him out in an important ace match

Thanks for tuning in everyone, had fun casting! See you guys tomorrow.
