Man.....I wish MKP played more.........MKP
He really tried to outdo himself and use a style which he hadn't had much success with.
You could see that his marine micro was NOT up to par with his previous games.
That is by no means saying that MVP is not good (he's really really good)
But overall I honestly don't think that was the best that MKP could do.

19 is MKP's korean age, he's 17 by our standards. Flash is 20 in korean age, 18 in regular age.

Is that why MKP beat Jinro? Please. MVP IS JUST THAT GOOD. MKP is good yes, but MVP Dominated everyone on his way to the finals.

Foxer's play style got mapped out and crushed.

HAHA @ MKP being the most overrated player. If anything Idra is the most overrated. Dissing on people that have accomplished far more than him so far? Ok.

If he played on any other team (MBC had arguably the worst protoss lineup) he would not have been. MC played terran in BW.
actually mc was protoss

You look at MK and you dont see anything new just first game he tried someting with tanks and helions didnt worked and his back to his style marines medievacs a style that MPV has the counters for. If this is all that MK brought to this GSL finale his all known style marine medievacs then he lost this even before the finale started cause MVP allways practices hard and you allways see new stuff from him. Couldn't disagree more. I don't think you really have an idea what you're talking about... It would be nice if you could give some arguments not just disagree and say nothing .... MKP also practices a lot, these two players are the most active players on the ladder in Korea. Also, MKP has the better micro, I think he was thrown off after the second game, where he played his own style, with a bit of trickery, but was figured out. It's not like MVP is a lot better (he is better though), I think MKP just didn't play to his potential today.

The crowd looked so bored lol. terrible finals.

MVP really seems like he could become the Flash of Sc2. So good.
Feel a bit sorry for Foxer though, he seems like such a lovely little person. Now he's turning into the Stork of Sc2.

Those who are saying MKP is overrated: really? I'd put money on him against almost any other player bar MVP/ Nestea (yes, even against MC).
He got scared, outplayed, and never really looked like winning today. ): Just didn't seem like his usual self.
IMmvp well deserved.

Haha seriously. On that note, I don't think MarineKingPrime.WE has anything to apologize for. He got outplayed, but he tried his best.

Guemchi as well and he joined GSL 3 prelim although he probably hasn't played properly and just entered for the fun of it since he is now back in Woongjin.
Both those guys had been retired for awhile when they switched. SangHo at least had shown some promise. Bad luck has him in code A but he is probably about as good as Tester/Genius. Guemchi basically just showed up for qualifiers disappeared. I wouldn't say he switched.
MVP is the only guy to switch over who was on the A team and getting regular proleague games. It doesn't look like any other A teamers are switching over now, what with proleague in mid-season, but recent retirees like ForGG and Effort could probably tear it up if they switched. Both were much better than MVP.

MKP took his first silver in a major tournament back in November, YellOw was taking silvers for years. Really, I dislike the idea of a "silver surfer" enough on its own, I think it's sort of silly to attach a stigma to players who always do better than all of the other players but one. Players who consistently make Ro8 or Ro4 are just considered solid players, those who make it one step further (but not two) are basically laughed at. And MKP hasn't even earned the title yet, in my opinion.
Huge congratulations to MVP are in order, he just absolutely dominated a very strong player (who was definitely not playing his best, but still). I do wonder whether he'll emerge above MC over the next few months, we'll just have to wait and see.

I want to see a MC vs MVP game.
