So are there any mods who have the opposite reaction to this when stuff like this happens? And wow, Jinro accidentally cancelled his marine! O_O and still manage to win *barely* epic. Too bad they had to meet this early though, but its all good ^^ | ||

I understand cheesing is part of the game, but when watching these games, it feels like cheese is used too much. I love cheese every now and then, but almost every game? It is because players are playing the map and positions instead of the game. When money is on the ling, why not pressure early w/ 2 rax in close positions, why not try to 6 pool on JB, etc. Honestly at this point, even if the map isn't horrible the players have all decided what is winnable, even, and unwinnable and they play accordingly basically before the game starts. Outside of XNC every other map has something about it that can dictate the game to a degree greater than just player skill. Now I'm not blaming the maps, Jinro played very well, just blaming the mentality the maps used have created. | ||

Maybe you should have listened to the following sentence where he said it actually didn't help at all since he missed it when scouting? Also you could have watched the game and seen that he did NOTHING to prevent a six pool prior to them being at his ramp. Stop with the stupid poo flinging already, I hope to see alot of red text in this thread. | ||

 But I'm really happy for Jinro advancing  I actually really liked Idra's strat at game 4,he he had a really good chance of taking it. Pity he couldn't win so we could see an epic game 5. That marine could have been Jim Raynor himself,he saved the whole freaking base from the Zerg invasion | ||
