The pool system works, it's just that MKP upset a few players/got the easier match by beating Rainbow.
A round robin would mean there would be a chance at a 2-1 2-1 2-1 tie between three players.

can you psyche out MC by having your bunker, but only putting one marine in it adn keep the rest of ur forces behind so when he FFs he traps his units in front while ur army is shooting from th eback?

This is true but Koreans are bad at organizing tournaments. It's not a round robin. But yeah MC and Jinro would normally have a chance to both advance.
I'm pretty sure it's a rematch.

MK advances without having to play MC, Jinro has to beat him twice to advance.

I bet you jinro wanted to punch rainbow for that fail all-in

I am almost certain that MC sat there with the tanks already gravity beam'd while his sentries sat there not doing FFs. It's not hard at all to throw some FFs behind a bunker, and MC was done lifting the tanks pretty early in that battle if I recall correctly, so there's no reason why MC wouldn't have time to FF the bunker.
Given that, I doubt that his phoenix micro was the reason he didn't FF the bunker. At the same time, it's not like he doesn't just make mistakes...no player is perfect, maybe he was doing something else. As hard as it is to believe that he was micro-ing phoenixes instead of sentries, saying that he threw the game is just as ridiculous. Come on, even I have no problem putting a bunch of FFs in half a second. It was a hugely uncharacteristic mistake from MC. But that doesn't mean that MC doesn't fuck up once in awhile, or that his play is flawless. That's also trivial because it was more than that that cost MC the game; the hellions killing all his probes and the mech play did a lot for Jinro as well, and it's not like MC completely rolled over and died.

how do you do that eye sight thing artosis said? i wasnt listening

If anyone threw a game, it's definitely Rainbow. Dumbest conspiracy theory ever?
As good as the theory that MC threw his game vs Jinro.

No, it's a rematch. Wonder if Jinro can make the magic happen again.

If TOP can do it, Jinro can do it! Either way, one of my two favourite players will get knocked out in the next match.

MC could of won I don't know why he didnt forcefield the bunker that game?

His play just feels lacking and unimaginative. It frustrates me that he and players like Choya are still in. He's the most consistent player in the scene right now. I don't know how you could be upset about that.
