I am almost certain that MC sat there with the tanks already gravity beam'd while his sentries sat there not doing FFs. It's not hard at all to throw some FFs behind a bunker, and MC was done lifting the tanks pretty early in that battle if I recall correctly, so there's no reason why MC wouldn't have time to FF the bunker. Given that, I doubt that his phoenix micro was the reason he didn't FF the bunker.
