I loved the mech style, but it feels like those games were less of Jinro's win and more of MC's loss. Either way, huge congrats. Here's to hoping a foreigner finally makes it to GSL finals.

Don't really see the humor in team kills between friends, and especially when MC seemed to take it so hard. Just my two cents on all the image macros. I completely agree. Jinro even said it himself. OGS is taking a slaughtering in this tournament, and it sucks to have yet ANOTHER ogs member eliminated. I bet the both of them aren't completely happy with todays results....

More like metagame wins, because MC just wasnt prepared AT ALL for that.

I guess the rest of us can live on with the knowledge of how insulting it was supposed to be. We have different definitions about what is insulting. And, for that matter, so do the mods and I. I understand where Hot_Bid is coming from when he says that speculation about matchfixing when no proof is possible is damaging to the mood of the spectators and has no place on TL. But that perspective, the mods' perspective, comes from the idea that Jinro/MC fans would get angry when confronted with accusations of matchfixing. I, as a fan of both Jinro and MC, would view (hypothetical) proof of MC throwing the match with indifference. I'd say, "Yeah, that was smart. If MC threw the match, both he and his teammate still had the potential to advance." I wouldn't feel betrayed. I would just see MC as putting his teammate above the spirit of competitiveness. I know that the majority of TLers would not view proof of match-throwing with indifference. But please understand that there are two ways to look at this issue.

Its a joke. The posters are not implying the captions have anything to do with the actual situation. We all know what Jinro was really doing.

And I don't see what is so funny about the booth pictures. Why not make something a little more clever?

He won the last GSL, was extremely confident all teh way through this one and then lost to two strategies he probably wasn't very familiar with. Coupled in with the fact that he probably knows he could have handled G1 better and the intensity of his 4gate, well, who wouldn't be a bit shaken? I doubt he was mad at Jinro, as much as he was mad at himself. Yeah probably - I honestly don't know how close MC and Jinro are, beyond what I hear in the interviews. I just hope that MC isn't as shaken for long. Jinro said that what they did last time was get MC to buy everyone chicken. I hope that now, everyone's happy when it's Jinro's turn to buy chicken for them .
