It's not imba, it's not 'derp colo bad', it was just an exploited timing by NaDa from Genius teching without enough actual army. NaDa was ahead of Genius in supply and Genius had a ton of resources in tech that wasn't operational.
This is exactly right. High templars are something protoss need to get when they are swimming in minerals and gas off 3 fully saturated bases, not something you rush to blindly.
