I think if player A beat player C then player A gets the top spot if player B lost to player C.. Maybe,, i really have no idea,, saying this without checking the results at all.
We promise with a view to hope, but the reason to "accomplish" what we promised would be fear.

Just curious, did Liquibet continue from last season or something? I have like 99 points.

Yes you are correct.

@netherDrake
You are correct. It has continued from GSL Open 3.

I think this was the worst day of the GSL so far. Oh well. Yesterday was pretty spectacular.

Still, it's kind of sad to see Choya and Tester get through to the next round how they did, but obviously they deserved to advance.

Yup. Two fails advance. SC2 is such a great game.

Tester a fail? I don't think he's on MC's level, but I'd take him over Rain any day. And that's not to say I dislike Rain.

The first game of comeback = Cannons?
Lose to a 4 gate, executed by Choya?
Advances thanks to a win over his teammate?

Maybe my expectation was too high.

choya won the head-to-head, so yes, he took the top spot over TesteR. Originally I was looking at the way the matches were played and thinking it was completely illogical, but actually if you look at it, they all played each other once, like a round-robin group stage, so this group produced the fairest results of all.

And my predictions to the contrary, I'm very happy for TesteR. May he go far and prosper.

this is pretty low quality gaming wise and people should expect more from those "code s" players ...but its probably wishfull thinking as its early into the game.

Yeah you're probably seeing similar skill at 2200 diamond. -_-

"Low quality gaming"? Really? The Code A games are not at the same level, I'll give you that. But Code S games are of the highest quality possible. That comment is just disrespectful of the talent on display.

Z is in an even worse place than they were in GSL1. Watching 2rax and cannon blocking every single game (especially cannon blocking) is just hell on earth.

Tester said that its exactly because the 4 gate was executed poorly that he lose, it was very late so he thought a DT rush is coming instead and build a robo to crank out observer
