i've been to france for some time and played online with a lot of french players over the last years and in comparison to austria: 1/10 french speak english and 5/10 austrians speak english so there is a lot of truth in his statement.

Different sounds level for mikes, out-of-screen jokes, improvised product placement, too many different english accents (wawaweewa), the tournament had a nice player lineup, stream and so on but the casting team really needs to be revamped.
Not putting this down to take the piss, just hoping they can improve this next time to make it a really great tournament to follow.

Next time only people who are there should be allowed to participate... not being hung over is an unfair advantage ;-)

i also made the expiriences with french, most of the time they just refuse to speak english, it's not like they are not able to, but most of them just refuse to swap to foreign languages
but also, you can't judge french ppl for that, cause look at english-speaking countries, where most ppl not even bother to learn any foreign language

Uh, you have to study a second language in England provided you went to school at all.
By the way, having a camera pointed at the screen of someone playing is highly preferred to just having a back and profile shot of Demuslim

That's exactly why this tournament is so awsome, you don't have some random gold-player talking wisely, but you get the insight from the players themselves. Who are obviously also trying to have a good time.
