Haha, Jinro Fightingu!
I'd love to see Jinro get to the finals, and perhaps even win. But it's gonna be a struggle. Good luck Jinro and godspeed.

I think I prefer Day[9]+dApollo commentating more than Artosis+Tasteless. They were a little bit dim today, even though it was such a important match for non-koreans. Just compare it with Naama vs Mana, similar match, but a lot more emotions showed by Day[9] and dApollo!!!!!

Totally agree with you, and I think d.Apollo especially did a much better job than I thought he would. Day[9] always brings it, but the combo of them worked quite well in my opinion. Also, d.Apollo's accent is awesome for casting purposes, just like TotalBiscuit :D

At least we can fanboy together for Jinro. TvZ pressure plays, for whatever reason, tend to be more vilified here than the same in PvT. Also Teamliquid is home to a huge base of oGs-TL fans. Probably because Protoss is the least represented race in the GSL while TvZ is the dominant matchup, and we've had these TvZ "pressure plays" almost every single TvZ match (sometimes every game of some matches). Or it might be because MC has shown he is a lategame macro champion while Rain runs out of steam fairly quickly and starts falling apart at the midgame. Or it could be because MC's early strats are a bit more creative while Rain employs the same SCV all-in 3 times in one match. Or.. nah, it's fanboyism. Proxy gate and void ray rush are creative? And sure, Protoss may be rare and Terran pressure may be common, but that is not a good reason to hate all over Rain. At least we can fanboy together for Jinro. MC didn't go allin in every game, and played a good macro game. He showed that he has skill and can win a game that goes passed the 10 min mark. So, im sorry but you clearly can't tell the difference between skill and abuse. This is exactly what I mean. Proxy warpgate, void ray rush, proxy pylons warping units across gaps, these are skill whereas marine rushes with lots of micro are abuse. Ah, I did not consider the oGs factor as far as this site is concerned. Though, I wonder if MC will be issuing any apologies in Korea.
I don't really post much here, but how is going void rays cheesy/all in? He didn't even proxy it, so what on earth are you talking about?
Warping units over gaps and 4-gating are pretty abusive depending on the map, but the difference is MC doesn't get his wins purely from such plays. Compared to watching rain, where 2 of his wins came from sending all but 2 of his scvs. Just look at the length of the games.

did someone update the JINROLL image with choya's flattened picture yet?

Well, seeing as how those are 2 different cheese/all-in strategies, while Rain thus far has employed only 1 cheese/all-in strategy, yes, I'd say MC's a bit more creative than Rain. And that's probably why I didn't state those as reasons to hate Rain, but rather as reasons to defend MC but not Rain, thus deflating your silly accusations of fanboy bias.
You keep saying creative. I don't think that means what you think it means. At best, that could be variety; however, I'd hardly say two counts as variety.
EDIT:
Also, of the three games MC won, only one was over 10 minutes - same as Rain.

I think I preferred Day[9] + Dj Wheat more. They made a great duo at MLG Dallas imo.

I have seen history in the making. First it felt obvious, then doubt filled my mind. After holding my breath for what seemed to be a lifetime, i came.
Jinro fighting.

Amazing play by jinro - really enjoyed the games.

Although I understand your intentions, if you were being considerate, as a suggestion you could have placed choya's face or the faces of the korean progamers jinro beat during his climb to RO4 instead of the national flag of korea. no matter what the intentions of the creator was,an image of rolling over a nation's national flag has many, many innuendos and (mis)representations, much of which is hostile, despite the comical value which i can obviously see so don't flame me for being some zomg uber-serious can't-take-a-joke loser.
but off topic, i hope jinro will win the whole tournament now. not simply because i like jinro, but it will instill belief that foreigners have the capability to perform just as well as koreans given the same training environment (of course this has always been true but it hasn't been really tested until now; even though every foreigner outwardly believes this, when you see flash and jaedong roflstomp foreigners at the wcg as if they were playing against easy computers, it's hard to muster up the belief and determination...) . not only will this encourage more foreign participation in esports, but it will also make esports in korea more popular since having players of different nationalities and esp. personalities makes the scene much more interesting to watch.

I will be happy if Jinro or MC wins the finals.

I think your being a bit unfair here. Has anyone other group of casters Casted So many games in such a short amount of time. I think by the end of GSL 3 they would have Casted like 190+ games. in a 3/4 month period. Hell that is a lot.
I personally think that they should introduce a 3rd commentator. Get junkka trained up or something because it'll cause less awkward moments.

JINROOOO!!!!!!!!
I refuse to use "Gorilla Terran" and "Chinro" because they refer to iloveoov & Stats respectively. However, Jinro is Jinro and is UNIQUE, so we've gotta come up with a better name for Jinro. Plus, Jinro is nowhere as much as a gorilla as Oov and his chin is miniature compared to Stats. And This "Jinrolled" nonsense is of course copied from "KWANROLLED", but that's OFFENSIVE, are you seriously trying to compare Jinro and KWANRO??? That's just MEAN.

Jinro making us all proud. After seeing him at Dallas, I knew he would not disappoint in the GSL. I had no idea how much jinrolling would occur though!
