I noticed 'stream full' is basically the default error message. Try opening the test stream and it might tell you what's wrong and then also start working once everything's set up. That's what worked for me at least.

it's funny, my wife is korean and she and i with a korean friend of mine went out and we were talking about translation. i'll translate anything into korean and i know i sound like an idiot, but i love speaking korean and i love challenging myself to improve. i have NEVER until tonight to see anyone else fearless to translate like myself, let alone in front of tens of thousands of people. minchul, you're my hero and my kindred spirit. /creepy
