A quick question: can we play random in these tournaments. Also I assume for those of us who do play random we have to either play random or one race for the entire tournament? we can't change race mid tournament?

@Vhaluus You can play random and you have to stick with either Random or the race you selected throughout the whole tournament.

I'm sorry that we did not see this beforehand. I was not informed until after the tournament about this and I think as far as a judgement call is concerned his account was legitimate. In the past I have informed the participants to please check their opponent before they play to see if they're eligible to play but this tournament I might have failed to do so in my pre-tournament briefing. In all future tournaments this will explicitly be brought up to increase the chances of something like this to not be missed.
