It was more or less, if the push failed he would've lost. Yes he chose to expand AFTER it was successful.

HUGHE numbers on all the streams all over EU and America and it's broadcaster on NATIONAL TV and it's at the WORLDS BIGGEST LAN. I think you have to be able to see the context of everything. These people come to watch because they are at the LAN already. It's a very different setting and does not imply the tournament is bigger in terms of exposure and skill level. Dreamhack, MLG and IEM all do a great job at this.

Idiot. Not to mention the fact that when you one-base, your mineral line is way over-saturated so you have tons of disposable SCVs anyway..

lol terran...Not much Mana could do. Next games the same over and over. Put bunkers -> salvage rinse repeat. Can't blame Naama though just using game mechanics smartly.

Better games too. Dreamhack was pretty disappointing on that front. We had a guy 6 pool everyone in his group and make it into elimination, and then a bunch of BO losses and sloppy games. Nothing really stands as memorable from this tournament whereas I can think of several MLG games and several more GSL games that stand out.

They never showed him being mined out, and when he brought the SCVs in to the attack, he still had plenty back at home mining. If he hadn't been able to kill Mana there, he could have still expanded after taking at the nexus. Not at all an all-in.

Actually there were people all over Sweden going to DH today just to see the final games. I agree with you though, but man, let me be excited ![]()
