So, not trying to discredit Naama here, but he may win this tournament because of the results of a coin flip?

Bischu could have been in the semi finals if he hadn't been unlucky?

Way to discredit the legitimacy of the entire tournament....

Sadly, it was more or less full when I got in, so I don't know what all those people are going to do, just glad I got there in time...

If Bischu would have had luck or won a group game more he would have been in the torunament bracket/best of 16.

coinflip wtf lol? explain?

they had a three-way-tie in the socke/naama/bischu group. So they played a tiebracker, but after it there was still a three way tie, therefore the places were decided by a coinflip

Thats really unprofessiaonal and i hope coinflip isn't used ever again . Back in the OSL go.go Effort and Shine used to play all day long in the tie-breaker until a winner is determent . I would be really pissed if i was Bischu and got kicked out of a tournament that way .

compared to OSL, this is only a 3 day tour, so they dont have time to do that has been mentioned several times, and written in the rules beforehand aswell. But yes, a pity, shouldnt happen. they should change the format if its possible in that case

In a town nearby my own, a local election for Mayor of the town was decided by a coinflip because the votes were tied. A 19-year-old was running vs the previous mayor (about 50 years old)
The coinflip resulted in the 19-year-old losing the election.
He challenged it in court, but to no avail.

But this tournament is running on a tight time schedule. I know some of the admins, they're competent. Had it been at all possible they would have done it with more tiebreakers.

Coinflip is very often used, so its a decent way to chose a winner, although Bishu may be disappointed (even in Champions League in football long time ago) AS ROMA losing to GORNIK ZABRZE in semi after coinflip
