It's a legitimate question. You weren't even allowed to pick random in BW Korean pro-scene (not that it mattered much). Rules about random players are certainly not well known, since they barely exist. | ||

It was never 'banned' by KeSPA per se. | ||

Hell you couldn't even go random in OSL/MSL because you had to stick to one race or am I wrong? | ||

It annoys me as well, but the explanation is that when people are speaking aloud, and shorten the phrase to "would've" it sounds more like "would of" than "would have", and so people have started thinking that it's written that way | ||
