But I'm here to keep up to date on the results and see what players make it. Shouldn't that be obvious? I'm not here to say FOREIGNERS FOREIGNERS SLAP AROUND THOSE KOREANS. Its kind of nice to see Foreigners doing well in Korea don't see whats so bad about that just because you don't care doesn't mean we all have to be boring like you. See above. Frankly I don't find the rhetoric of some of the posts around here entertaining. More like obnoxious. I"m sorry then don't read them? Don't comment? Ignore it? You have many options it is your choice on what you want to do. You don't need to get all over people for being excited that one of their favorite players qualified for the biggest tournament in starcraft 2. Just look at who qualified if you hate people having fun and being happy their players they like qualify I still don't see the problem. I'm sorry, did you even read what I wrote? Support whoever you like. But like I said, you don't have to be obsessed with whether or not someone is white or whatever to enjoy their play. By the way, you have to read a post before you can know that it's obnoxious. Just a heads up.
Haha, I agree but I think most people are like me and are rooting for foreigners because well, they're travelling thousands of miles to an unfamiliar culture and competing against those who are playing in their relative backyard. They're the obvious underdog and thats why its easy for many people to root for them.

But still some players without a team tag and who i dont recognise or know what team they play for (Sleep, sCfOu, Liberty). I think Liberty(Moon) is still on WeMadeFox's wc3 team, so I'm assuming he is representing them for GSL/SC2 as well. Edit: Though I'm not sure about the WeMadeFox/ KeSPA situation, will they allow him to play with WMF tag? Or will he just play as an independent player?
I remember during the last GSL2 qualifier thread that some posters were saying that WMF's WC3 division wasn't affiliated with KeSPA so there were no issues with Lyn and Moon playing. I'm just going by memory from what I think I remember a few people were saying. If anyone could confirm that would be great.

wow jinro and haypro made it while some really top koreans are getting knocked out (top / nada /inca / ensnare, etc, wtf? all oGs members!! lol)

I think it would be better if the players who qualified are labelled with the groups from which they came.

I am hoping foreigners qualify because i know more about their past, the history of Korean dominance in BW, variety, underdog factor, and general human compassion. Not because they are white.
As far as incontrol's nickname, its better to wait until there is a reason to give a classic one than to give a random lame one that isnt anything but obvious. Id rather just wait to see what the koreans nickname him. But it might not have anything to do with his size, they might make him "Romeotoss" or something because his gf is so pretty etc.

Incontrol's opponent is 문학선, and his screenname is 안녕프라임. He is ranked #18 in the Blizz ELO.
This will be a very difficult match.

He chose a map that no one ever plays anymore. He decides to do some tricky shit and fail.
It was he's own fault.

Also sounds retarded lol. The point of having these nick names is to characterize their playstyle and personality. Not to create some stupid word-puns.

And you don't have to be obsessed with finding closet racists everywhere.
This has nothing to do with whether a player is white. This has to do with non-Koreans, because Koreans have dominated the Starcraft e-sport scene for a decade.
