Being retarded is a disability and most people don't joke about disabilities.
Uh. . .you missed the point.
Dumb = someone with a speech disability Lame = someone with a leg disability Idiot = someone with a mental disability
They all come from insulting people with disabilities and yet no one complains about them like they do "retard" because no one has told them to be offended.
Anyway, I'll drop this because it's not worth arguing over. He shouldn't have said it because if you can avoid offending people you should but whatever.

Machine attempted to do a roach speed timing push at TT1's Expansion at 11'oclock but was repelled by the surprisingly large 5 gate army and FF micro. The game now turns macro, Machine massing Roaches teching to Spire, TT1 Doing a large Gateway push(now)

Agreed, MLG wants to appear professional, but even if they wear impeccably tailored blazers from Savile Row, they still look terrible if the main public face of MLG SC2 talks like a 12 year old on XboX Live. This isn't SotG, this is an official MLG event, and a pre-recorded interview shouldn't include language like that. I'm sure MLG will miss the 3 people that closed the window because he said retard. New major sponsors or getting more sponsorship from the current sponsors could be scared away from using retarded or other insensitive words. While it really doesn't bother me much, I wonder how I would feel if I had a family member or knew someone who actually was disabled in such a way. It is time to think LARGE scale with MLG and being safe for sponsors/advertisers is the way to go. One of the healers in my WoW guild had a child with Down syndrome. She was pretty damn offended by that word. I know JP didn't intend to offend, but I think a little self-censorship when you're on the air doing an official interview wouldn't be bad.
The only people offended by a person saying "retarded" or "downie" are people that know individuals like that. Not the individuals themselves. It's just an annoying complex that should be removed from society. These people would be far better off if they didn't have "friends" around that took life so badly.

Watch TT1 throw away his advantage as zerg gets 4 bases and TT1 doesn't pressure.

DJ Wheat is soooo much better at casting!
fyi DjWheat is a pro, he casting like for 10 years, on the other hand JP is i dont know who, prolly a random?

Wheat needs to get outta platinum and into diamond fast. His game sense is on par with Jason Lee.

See what happens when you don't do a Forge open? See how it works?

While I agree (I don't think JP is bad, I just prefer Wheat/Day9), it's better if they take turns. Especially at a three day event, they'd sound like Gilbert Gottfried by the end of it if they didn't get breaks.
