that build he had with the banshee's and the pointdefense drone is so good, i credit it to poltprime since he did it in the first gsl. But im so surprised no one else than jinro has been doing it. I mean, the pointdefensedrone nullifies the stalkers and the banshee kills the colossus and everything else. its insta gg.

MLG didn't have a problem. Battlenet didn't have a problem. Somewhere on the internet a router was slow or went down.
This is why there should be LAN, because even if Battlenet is up there are about 20 other places and thousands of miles of cable that need to function perfectly for there to be no lag.

Anyone know if the Live on 3/State of the Game cast will still be on tonight?
|
So does anyone know what the word is on that LiveOnThree show after the tourney? Still going to happen?
I'm not holding my breath but, just curious.

Bwlergh stayed up 2 hours only to see that xD oh well 4hours sleep before advanced physics inc :X Actually, that 1 base push is 100% undefendable and 100% unscoutable. It doesn't matter how TT1 played really. Fanboy fail. Yeah there was this unit Sen was talking about.. its called a " sentry" hahaha i get it.

Very surprised at Jinro winning but also very happy for him. Hes now on my radar as a tip top player. Hopefully he can do well in GSL 3 now.

MLG really needs to learn how to make the Finals exciting. Yeah they should tell the players to play a more exciting game. What exactly is MLG supposed to do? lol
Make the Finals not a Bo3 or extended Bo7. That's how.

Yes I did hear what he said, apparently YOU did not. It was a cable issue, something out of control of BOTH parties.

No; if SC2 had LAN MLG wouldn't need a connection to Bnet, thus eliminating this entire issue. It's 100% Blizzard's fault

If you count all three Halo games, then you should count both SC games, which brings us to about 10 years.

I don't even pick up when someone says fuck either ^^
Congratz to teamliquid and jinro! I kinda expected this team to win, but it's still exciting to see.
Wat I want to know now is - will there be that SotG special even though this was so delayed? Anybody knows?

Good MLG. It's a shame that literally what could have been only like 10 minutes before the end of a damn near flawless (except the Tyler restart) tournament, there had to be a connection issue.
It's easy to dwell on the negatives that happened, but it was just a small hiccup in a well organized and well executed event. I'll remember it as being a good tournament where a lot of unexpected matches were played, and a lot of good players were knocked out early, not for the slight problem with the connection.
Again, good job MLG, I hope it only gets better.

Gratz Jinro. GL @GSL3 Qualifiers.

Whatever the issue between them and b.net, LAN would have been the answer. That is an undeniable fact.
The Halo tournamnet stopped at the same time as the finals in Sc2 crashed. Halo doesnt play on battlenet.
