Huk and Idra looked strong in Day 1, but the real test will come in Day 2.
Huk had what 2 byes? rofl Everyone had 1 bye, so only one of his byes really counts. But he also dropped a game to dde, whoever that is. what does this whole "bye" thing in the brackets mean? I figured it was accidentally laid out as a 256 player bracket so each of the 128 won a fictional game against one of the 128 byes?

I drank it once, but I thought it just tasted like cheery cola, but then I saw these Kiss commercials for it and it really confused me. They say in the commercial that this Dr. Pepper is with a "little kiss of cherry", but that wouldn't be anything new if Dr. Pepper is cherry cola. This has led me to believe that I was wrong and Dr. Pepper isn't cherry cola at all. So what is it? It is a soft drink. Another brand of it is Dr Pepper Cherry where they add cherry, thus the KISS commercial I realize it's a soft drink, but what does it taste like? All I drink is Dr Pepper, but I wouldn't even know where to start with how it tastes. All I know it has 23 flavors and they all seem to work pretty well together.

Ahh that makes more sense then.

Just goes back into his brood war days as Chosen
One of the top american palyers, qualifies for WCG USA every year is set to show up and then doesn't show up last day. Never shows up to LAN's, some people said that it would suggest suspicions of map hacking since he would always perform online and never offline.
This extended into SC2 (the no showing, not the rumored hacking, which obv. was never proven). Every LAN he signs up for in SC2, such as the first two MLG's among other events, he never has shown up, he never will. Its just an ongoing joke now.

I dunno if this has ever happened to you. You're fine the whole time you're on the computer, but as soon as you get off and blink a couple times you get some serious eye burn.

True, being american/canadian I've been an Arsenal fan since 95 ever since I saw Bergkamp play. Naturally became a Netherlands fan and have been a fan of both ever since.
Its sad to see shit like baseball being even considered a sport (some esports players are probably just as athletic as baseball "athletes") with a "world" series.
American football is pretty good though.

About the mlg show, I don't get why they give the guy such a tiny screen. I mean playing console on that small monitor must be a nightmare.
It is much better to play on 22" for console games like FPS. Especially if you play seriously. Insane amounts of input lag on large TV's + it just looks better.
He got a 42" as well anyway.

most console players, including me, don't like huge screens..

I bet wheat and day9 are laughing at all of us because we have to watch this.

Right now they are calling winners bracket people to try to find a game to stream, but none of them are here. They were told they played at 2:30 so some of them are probably still asleep!
