Yes it is, you are wrong. Don't try to argue about something you don't know. :/ APM has to be multiplied by 1.4 in SC2 because a game minute in SC2 played on faster is 1.4 minutes.
APM in SC2 is calculated by game minutes.

Nada obviously has the better macro, but such a terrible decision to try and break this once boxer was sieged behind his nat is really not what I expected from him. Imo the best thing he coulda done is just relocate his orbital to the gold, secure his back with about 4 tanks so that boxer can't advance any further and set up a strong contain in front of boxer's natural.

Well first off, YES the blizzard APM calculator is wrong, it shows numbers that are too low. This is TL not battle.net, people don't argue without facts when there's easily testable evidence.
Second if you really really need this info then either search the forums or make a new thread, this is BOXER VS NADA THE GREATEST AND MOST HYPED SC2 MATCH IN HISTORY, EVER. Please don't try to turn the thread into boring offtopic game programming failure discussion!

Nono I understand the part about how the game time is not real time. What I am curious about is if the APM goes by the game time minutes or real time minutes. And the reason I wondered if Blizzard has said anything about this is because without some actual statement, there's no way to know for sure. Because I sure as heck can't calculate it in my head by just mushing buttons for 1 minute of game time on Faster setting. Hehe^^
launch sc2 -> start custom game vs comp -> tap 1 key every second for 60 seconds -> check against replay
