I said 'ugly' in the sense that there are three top Swedes. If I had to resign from having one of them in the later stages, it would probably be...Morrow, maybe? Tough decision. And maybe Servant will pull of ActionJesus, and we'll have to say goodbye to two of them? You never know.

I.. I remember you, in the mountains.

What is mountain time?

Hopefully for once this will be a tournament airing at a decent time for watching live here. At least it should be.

Inca is taking this but hoping for morrow to show his newish zerg-skills!

FuRy is from Sweden yes. Hes a legendary Wc3 player whos been playing in, amongst others, clan 4k together with Grubby. I hadnt heard any news that he had picked up seriously on SC2. Im not looking around enough it seems.

Was he the super-strong human-player? If yes, awsome, with enough practice I have no doubt he will become extremely good.

He played undead. The super-strong human from 4K was ToD.

There has been exciting but sometimes poor play. I think I love the one round matches.

Obviously it's not good for making sure the best players beat lesser ones but it makes this event feel like cup football.
Cup football exists not to find the best team (league football does that better) but to give the little teams and their supporters hope and a big day out versus the legends they'd rarely see otherwise.

BO1 is like the FA cup. A team of plodders can play a rough, long ball game and upset a Manchester Utd when they get a bit of luck.

Quality suffers but excitment and tension go up.
I'd hope there is room in SC2 for BO1 matches even if BO1 elimination is probably impractical.

No, that was ToD. FuRy was actually a decent undead, could compete on some days with the best and make some upsets, not really a legend in 1v1, but had a VERY successfull 2v2 with Grubby (in fact Grubby/Myth, Grubby/FuRy, and Grubby/ToD were all exceptional 2v2, I'm seeing a trend there :p)

Ah yeah now I remember, guess since he plays terran now I somehow took it for granted that he didn't play UD - and lol, Grubby was the reason I started playing with orc when everybody was playing NE or HU, he had enough skill to win even most 2v2 haha.
Will be interesting to see how he does in sc2.

Yeah it's not my internet that's doing it, it's my computer. Streaming basically needs an i7, and I have a Q9550. Even overclocked it's still 2.5 years out of date.

So I have a spare car. I'm going to sell that in a few days and use the money to buy a killer SC2 casting rig. I won the car, can't drive it and it only has 300 miles on the clock, so hey, not like it's needed. I've been trying to sell it for weeks but there was some bullshit with the finance that was supposed to be settled and ended up not being.

And don't forget Grubby/Moon. Most people believe that is the strongest 2v2 team ever created

No it is not (see tl calendar in the right side of the teamliquid.net page, below the search bar). I will be back @17:00 KST (see time converter in top right), that would be 09:00 CET.
In about 8 hours and 20 mins when I am writing this.

And the link to the full schedule, as posted in the DH Winter 2010 thread: http://www.dreamhack.se/dhw10/event-scheduele/e-sports/starcraft-ii/

You won a car? And it's almost new? Crazy. Hopefully you get it sold and keep casting SC2, much can be said about you but when you kept the enthusiasm during a game even when it was of 2 D- noobs, you got my support. Will listen to you in the future for sure!
