Obviously it's not good for making sure the best players beat lesser ones but it makes this event feel like cup football. Cup football exists not to find the best team (league football does that better) but to give the little teams and their supporters hope and a big day out versus the legends they'd rarely see otherwise. BO1 is like the FA cup. A team of plodders can play a rough, long ball game and upset a Manchester Utd when they get a bit of luck. Quality suffers but excitment and tension go up. I'd hope there is room in SC2 for BO1 matches even if BO1 elimination is probably impractical.

FuRy was actually a decent undead, could compete on some days with the best and make some upsets, not really a legend in 1v1, but had a VERY successfull 2v2 with Grubby (in fact Grubby/Myth, Grubby/FuRy, and Grubby/ToD were all exceptional 2v2, I'm seeing a trend there :p)

Will be interesting to see how he does in sc2.

Streaming basically needs an i7, and I have a Q9550. Even overclocked it's still 2.5 years out of date. So I have a spare car. I'm going to sell that in a few days and use the money to buy a killer SC2 casting rig. I won the car, can't drive it and it only has 300 miles on the clock, so hey, not like it's needed. I've been trying to sell it for weeks but there was some bullshit with the finance that was supposed to be settled and ended up not being.

I will be back @17:00 KST (see time converter in top right), that would be 09:00 CET. In about 8 hours and 20 mins when I am writing this. And the link to the full schedule, as posted in the DH Winter 2010 thread: http://www.dreamhack.se/dhw10/event-scheduele/e-sports/starcraft-ii/

Hopefully you get it sold and keep casting SC2, much can be said about you but when you kept the enthusiasm during a game even when it was of 2 D- noobs, you got my support. Will listen to you in the future for sure!
