Hope they'll postpone the matches :D kind of selfish but it's a spectator sport so accommodate the fans please^^ Really don't wanna miss TT1 vs Spades, and that has to be a sure fire pick for first round casting.

At least all you Europeans don't have to forego sleep because GSL is at 2am for pacific timezoners :p
I'm at work when GSL games come on, so yeah.

are we all stuck with the "stream is currently not available, please try again later" screen?
|
According to a friend of mine who's at the actual event, everyone is still signing in and setting up, so they haven't even started yet.
So, stream isn't working, but it sounds like we're not really missing anything.
|
the stream is probably overloading from the 50,000 people trying to watch it. They should know that this is the type of audience that SC2 gets so they should get a good stream

Eventually, this should be the working link for Linux:
./OctoshapeClient -url:octoshape:mlg.600c

Can't get the stream to work.

Guys, come on now. They won't start playing games until the stream is up and running and to think otherwise is just silly. I'm sure the people at MLG are working hard to fix this and to think that they're doing this to "alienate foreigners" or just to piss you off is selfish and wrong.
So just be patient

Didn't MLG have similar issues with their Raleigh event? There was definitely an issue with all the games being made available, all the VODs actually went up pretty recently, over a month after the event.
Conversely IEM really seems to have this more technical aspect down, all their replays and VODs are up immediately following the event.
There's just no excuse for this production quality issue, not when they're trying to take E-sports to the next level.

I think they just drew/announced it, so check the website again later.

Thanks, man! I owe you one.
Just so I know how to do it "next time", how did you get that info?
Thanks a bunch, man!
EDIT:
Info : You cannot get this stream now. You may try again later. (22) This means it worked (will work when the time comes). Awesome! :D
